Director of Enterprise Sales

See www.walkingspree.com. WalkingSpree is searching for a key management member, as the Director of Enterprise Sales, to oversee the sales to large corporate clients and selected health plans.
You need to address the following questions. Are you highly motivated? Can you contribute to strategic and business development of WalkingSpree? Can you manage and progress on opportunities with three to six month sales cycles? Can you manage many unique short and long term opportunities simultaneously, without losing your focus? Can you prospect your own leads? Can you recruit and manage a sales team in the future? Do you have the creative/analytical ability to develop solution sales for your clients? Do you have the experience to manage comprehensive and impressive responses to RFP's? Can you direct the development of sales tools for your sales channels? Can you be productive working from a home office environment with minimal supervision? Are you willing to track your leads on Salesforce.com and do weekly reports? Compensation – Base of $2,750 per month + $250/month office stipend + sales commissions. Total annual income should exceed $100K. Significant stock options in this high-tech growth firm will be offered after a four month probationary period.
You should have strong interpersonal skills, be computer savvy and be willing to work closely with the rest of the WalkingSpree management team. Ideal candidates should have a combination of sales experience in the health industry and/or software industry with appropriate business development experience.
