Shahinda Ali

Shahinda Ali, Wellness CoachThe journey to health began for Shahinda about 14 years ago when after being stationed in Norway for six months she gained more than 22 lbs (10 kilograms). Being only 24 at the time, Shahinda panicked. Running, walking and eventually joining a gym got her back into shape. That was the moment her love of group fitness began. Virtually living at the gym and attending all classes, Shahinda decided it was time to learn the fundamentals of exercise to avoid future injury out of ignorance. Along with five other women, they were the first Egyptians to be certified by ACE. Shahinda then started teaching Group Fitness classes and became certified by AFLCA. Her goal is to keep healthy so that she can keep up with her two children and be there for them as they grow, step by step.
